§ 24-242. Drains, gutters and driveway crossings.

No person shall in any manner obstruct any drainage of any of the city streets or alleys. All gutters, curbs and driveway crossings shall be kept open in such a way that the watercourse shall in no way be obstructed. All driveways across drains or curblines shall be level and in line with the drainage.
