§ 24-243. Parades, demonstrations, concerts, exhibitions or assemblies.

  • (a)

    No person shall maintain or exhibit any parade, demonstration, circus, show or animal show or give any concert or show for profit or for advertising upon any city street, alley or avenue, unless permission is granted by the city manager and expressly authorizes such use of the streets, alleys or avenues or unless approved by the city commission.

    (b)

    No person shall obstruct any sidewalk, passage, street, alley, walk or any public grounds in the city by congregating or in any way assembling therein or thereon.
