§ 24-241. Prohibited generally.

  • (a)

    No person shall obstruct or encumber, by any fence, building, box, stand, structure or in any other manner, any of the highways, streets, alleys, roads or crosswalks within the city.

    (b)

    No person shall deposit within the city any obstacle upon any sidewalk which will in any way obstruct the free passage of pedestrians and which will in any way interfere with the use of such sidewalk.
