§ 21-7. Entering when closed; signs.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to be in any public park or recreation area during hours such public park or recreation area is closed to the public. Appropriate signs shall be erected in conspicuous places notifying the public of the hours such public park or recreation area is closed to the public.

    (b)

    The city manager may grant special permission to groups of persons to use public parks and recreation areas after closing hours when, in his judgment, such groups are properly supervised and will be engaged in lawful activities.
