§ 21-6. Hours.

The city commission shall by resolution determine the hours public parks and recreation areas are closed to the public. If, in the opinion of the city manager, it is necessary to limit the hours the parks and recreation areas should be open, and it is impossible or impractical to obtain approval of the city commission, the city manager shall have the authority to make the changes in hours until approved by the city commission.
