§ 21-8. Emergency closings.

In an emergency, the mayor or city manager shall have the power to order public parks and recreation areas closed to the public, and any person who is in such closed public park and recreation area, after notice by a sign erected by the city or after notice by the police department, shall be guilty of an offense.
