§ 10-4. Records and reports.

  • The cemetery sexton shall keep a record of the facts relating to any burial, deposit in a tomb or vault or cremation in the municipal cemetery, and weekly he shall file with the city clerk such record of all burials that have taken place in the cemetery during the preceding week, together with all permits that he has received from the city clerk.
