§ 10-5. Authority of employees.

The cemetery sexton or any employee under him shall not authorize or permit any matter or thing to be done in or about the municipal cemetery that will conflict with the sections of this chapter or any rule or regulation approved and adopted by the city for the management of the municipal cemetery.
