§ 10-3. Cemetery register.

The city clerk shall keep and maintain a cemetery register in which shall be entered, in a systematic method, the number of every lot and the block in which it is located. The cemetery register shall show the name of the owner of every lot, by whom purchased, the date of purchase, the amount charged for the lot and the amount paid. The city clerk shall attest all deeds to lots in the cemetery and record the deeds in the cemetery register.
