§ 10-2. Supervision of cemetery.

The city manager will appoint an individual to exercise supervision of the cemetery, insuring that all rules, regulations and ordinances are enforced and maintaining the cemetery premises in good conditions. Wherever the term "cemetery sexton" appears in this Code, it will mean that individual or his designee.
