§ 10-1. Violations.

Latest version.

Any person who will violate any section of this chapter, either by doing that which is prohibited or by failing or refusing to do that which is commanded, upon conviction, will be punished by a fine in the amount provided in the city fine schedule, plus costs. Each day of such violation will be a separate offense.
