§ 10-8. Landscape plan; rules.

(a)

The Landscape Plan of Fairview Municipal Cemetery, prepared by Christian Jensen, architect, and approved by the city and on file in the office of the city clerk, is approved and adopted as the official plan for the landscape in the municipal cemetery. The landscape plan shall govern all landscaping, ornamentation, beautification, care and maintenance of lots and premises in the cemetery insofar as its provisions may apply.

(b)

All deeds to lots in the cemetery shall contain the following clause: "Subject to the rules and regulations of Fairview Cemetery".

(c)

The city manager is authorized and directed to compile rules and regulations governing the operation, management and control of the cemetery. A printed copy of such rules shall be at all times kept on file in the office of the city clerk, and the rules shall be the official rules and regulations for the operation of the cemetery and shall be available to the public at all times for inspection.
