§ 8-260. Removal of structure after expiration of license.

Once the snow cone merchant's license has expired, if the licensee is operating from a portable structure, the structure is to be removed promptly from its location and stored privately by its owner. For purposes of this section, a portable structure is any structure not attached to a permanent foundation.
