§ 22-400. Location of private garages.

Latest version.

An attached or detached private garage which faces on a street shall not be located closer than 25 feet to the street right-of-way line, unless in a cul-du-sac where the setback shall be 20 feet. If specific zoning districts require a greater setback, then the greater shall be observed.
