§ 21-25. Fees.

The following city facilities and park infrastructure may include admission and rental fees, and the dollar amounts of the fees and the portion to be retained by the parks and recreation department shall be set from time to time by resolution of the mayor and the city commissioners and shall be listed in the city fee schedule, including, but not limited to:
(1)

Shawnee Splash admission and rental fees.

(2)

Municipal gym rental fees.

(3)

Community center rental fees.

(4)

Park pavilion rental fees.
