§ 21-13. Picnics or meals.

(a)

No person shall use the city parks for the purpose of picnics or meals of any kind except during the hours the parks are opened as established by resolution of the city commission.

(b)

It shall be the duty of any person using the city parks for the purpose of luncheons, picnics or meals of any kind to collect all waste, rubbish and garbage and to place the waste, rubbish and garbage in receptacles provided for the purpose.

(c)

No person shall disturb or interfere with any picnic or social gathering or program of any group of persons lawfully assembled in any public park.
