§ 21-1. Violations.

Latest version.

Any person who shall violate any section of this chapter, either by doing anything which is prohibited or by failing or refusing to do that which is commanded, upon conviction, shall be punished in any sum as described in the city fee schedule adopted and updated from time to time by the city commission, plus costs. Each day of such violation shall be a separate and distinct offense.
