§ 10-13. Personal conduct.

  • (a)

    All cemetery employees and other persons, when engaged on the cemetery grounds, shall at all times when meeting and conversing with people show the utmost courtesy, respect and accommodation.

    (b)

    No person shall engage in any profane language, loud talking or smoking while in the cemetery.

    (c)

    No person shall visit or enter the cemetery at any time, except the hours which are prescribed for visit or entrance, except by special permission of the cemetery sexton.

    (d)

    No person shall pick any flowers or cut any branches from shrubs or trees or injure or destroy any article, plant or mounting in the cemetery.
